Form a 10x20 lane with 3 players. There should be 2 players in the attacking line and 1 in the defending line. Attacking players begin with the ball. They should play the ball to the defender at the other end. The defender plays the ball back to the attacker and then begins closing down space. The defender is stopping at the middle line and only defending the bottom square. The attacker is trying to dribble the ball past the end line, while the defender is trying to win the ball. Once the attacker crosses the end line or gets dispossessed, play is done. The attacker becomes the defender, the defender gets in the attacking line, and the third player becomes the attacker. Play continues on a loop for 2-3 minutes with high intensity.
