DESCRIPTION

Players line up on either side of a cone with a ball 2 yards in front of the cone. On coach's command, the players will attempt to get their body in front of their opponent to win the ball. Players are focusing on getting their inside leg in front of their opponent's. Players to not touch the ball. They are only working on the technique of being physical on the ball and getting their body in front of their opponent.
