Red- dribbling around area using the parts of the foot the coach indicates, if you come across someone without a ball then pass to them Black- team dribbling - 1 ball per team, first team to have everyone dribble around their opposite cone and back first wins - left foot only, right foot only, sole rolls, laces, right/left alternating, backwards for fun Blue- groups of around 7, half start behind each coned goal, 1 line has the balls, they dribble and try to score against the other person, if the defender wins possession then they try to score, keep playing until the ball goes out of play and join the other line - progress to 2v2 and set up for about 4 groups Pink- 2 teams, 1 team starts with a ball and dribbles around the cone to score against the GK, the other team sends a player to run around the cone and defend, if they win the ball they just kick it away, only the team starting with the ball can score points - play for 5 mins and then switch and remember the score so it is competitive, play again with a 2v2
