This is a basic drill that covers a dribble through the cones, passing the ball to a coach once they get through the cones. The coach will lay the ball off to either side. For young players it's maybe best to know what foot they are strongest with and lay it off but older they can shout to you which side so they can have a shot at goal.
This drill covers dribbling, passing and shooting. you can always move the cone position and coach position to change the directions up a little and have the shot on an angle rather than square on to the goals.
