This is a simple relay race designed to maximize touches and work on a variety of foot skills. Half of each team starts at opposite sides. Players dribble through cones and may pass the ball to a team mate once they clear the final set of cones. Once a player completes the course, he sits. The first team to have all players sitting, wins.
