
Players sprint to middle cone with ball keeping close control, when they get to cone they produce a right foot step over heel turn and push it to the right then sprint down to next outer cone. Once at the next outer cone they produce a left foot step over heel turn and push it towards the middle cone and sprint again towards the middle. Repeat all way around circuit. Repeat for two circuits.
