Suitable sized square in relation to the number of players. X2 bowling alleys set up, with tall cones acting like pins at the end of the alley. Players split into two equal teams, three teams depending on numbers.
Ask players if they have ever been bowling before and what the objective is - knock over the pins with a ball. Coach demonstrates running up the alley (dribbling), striking the ball to knock down as many pins as possible. Encourage players to kick with the lace/velcro part of the foot. Take it in turns with their team-mates to kick. Test players to use their other foot.
