
Player dribbles into the orange box. As the exit at the other side, pretend there is a defender (or place a defender in position) so player has to turn to the left and dribble round the box (ie away from the defender). Dribble to red box and performing the same steps but in opposite direction. Repeat at blue box.
Players can only use inside / outside of feet to turn away from defender. Player needs good base / balance to change direction quickly
