Community | Stop Dribble w/ Backpedal

Caleb Barris Coach, Canada

DESCRIPTION

Players start with a ball on the line. They dribble up to the first cone and stop the ball, leaving it in place. They backpedal to the touch line, then sprint to pick their ball back up. This is repeated through all three cones. Once the ball is picked up at the end of the last cone, the player picks up the ball and performs an open field dribble back to the original touch line.
