Objective: Improve ball Handling Players perform coordinated dribbles in unison, responding to the coachâs commands. This activity emphasizes precision, control, and awareness of the ball. Dribble Left (Outside of the Foot): Focus on small, controlled touches using the outside of the left foot. Encourage players to keep their heads up while dribbling. Dribble Right (Instep Only): Use the inside of the right foot to push the ball forward with control. Remind players to maintain a low center of gravity for balance. Ball Roll Left/Right: Roll the ball across the body using the sole of the foot. Ensure smooth transitions between rolls, maintaining proximity to the ball. Step Over (Right/Left): Sweep the foot around the ball in a circular motion, faking a directional change. Focus on balance and the explosive touch after the fake. Croqueta (Right/Left): Push the ball laterally from one foot to the other in a quick motion. Emphasize quick, tight control and foot placement. Toe Touches: Tap the top of the ball alternately with each foot. Encourage a rhythmic pace while maintaining ball control. Roulette: Use the sole of one foot to drag the ball back, turning 180° to shield and reposition. Reinforce the importance of keeping the ball close and turning with agility.
