The aim of the game is to get the ball to the red team in the end zones and combine passes with them to play forward if possible. We have 2 games practice because of number of players available. Constrain and Non Constrain. Due to my knowledge of the players. I have design the practice factoring my intervention within the practice design to support individual player needs without having to single him out. Example A player that is very good at dribbling we don't want to him to stop or affect his confidence of dribbling but we might constrain the practice to support his development in recognising forward passing opportunities to enhance his decision making on the ball. Both Teams have 2 players, one in each end zone with the outside players to create overload except the constrain game where there is a floater who can move freely into all 3 zones. The blue and Grey team are constrain to 2 zones where they can pass across the middle zone, to the floater, to their teammate if they drop into the middle zone or dribble into the middle zone and pass to teammate or outside players. Adapt pitch size to suit players and meet their needs or progress into SSG, 4v3 or 7v7 format.

Set pieces account for roughly a third of all goals in football, yet many coaches spend surprisingly little time coaching defensive organisation at corners and free kicks. This article compares zonal and man marking systems, explores hybrid approaches, and provides a practical session structure for building set piece resilience into your team.
A player's first touch determines everything that follows: whether they can play forward, turn, or simply retain the ball. This article explores why training first touch in isolation is not enough, and how to design sessions that develop this critical skill under realistic game pressure.
