
10 players Time: 10 minutes Equipment: 24 flat disks or 6 flat disks and 18 cones, 10 bibs - 5 each of two different colours, minimum 3 footballs, 2 goals This drill will be a 5v5 game of football. Participants will split into two teams of 5 and play against each other. The pitch will be roughly 30m by 25m and include a goal at either end. The aim of the game is to score the most goals within the time limit. Condition: The main condition of the game will be that if the ball is won in the attacking third and a goal is scored, the goal will be worth 3 goals. If the ball is won in the middle third, scoring a goal will be worth 2. If the ball is won in the defensive third, a goal from that possession will be worth 1.
