DESCRIPTION

Coach throws the ball to every individual particpant and they heaeder the ball back to them. Once they have headered the ball they run to a cone and do a series of dynamic stretches.

COACHING POINTS

- Header the ball with your forehead - Use your neck muscles to generate power on the header
