A bit fun to the beginning with a competition that will make the players get they mentally active. This will also give the players a lot of touches as well. They will be playing 1 vs 1 between each other. The ball has to be in the air at all time. The players are saying numbers between 1-4 before the opponent receives the ball. The player has to do as many touches that the opponent is saying. If player A is saying 3, player B has to take pass the ball back to player A on his 3 touch. Player B will say a number when passing the ball. If a player uses the wrong amount of touches (more or less than what was being told), the ball touches the ground or a player makes a bad pass that the other player do not reach then the other player gets 1 point. The player with most points when the time is out progress to the next field, while the looser moves the other way one step down. The top is the Premiership and the bottom is Non-League. Physical: AgiityTechnical: Receiving the ball, returning the ball, control over the ballPsychological: Keeping calm under pressure (it is high prestige in winning this!), concetration and quick thinkingSocial: Honesty when playing. It can be tempting to try to cheat on the result.
