Set up: Two lines facing each other across a goal with each line about 10 paces back. Make goal about 5 paces wide. Set two servers with balls about 5 paces off each post with a lot of balls.
The Play: Server loops, with some pace, a ball in front of one of the lines. Alternate serves to each line. Receiver must head ball past keeper below shoulder level. Whether they score or not they then replace the keeper and prepare to stop shot from opposite line. Coaching points: Head ball low and to corners to score.
