Coach stands in the middle of the circle and throw the ball to a player and shouts either head or catch. Player then heads the ball back or catches the ball then makes a pass back to the coach.
Progression after every players has x3 goes then after they have headed or caught and passed the ball back they then run round the outside of the circle till they return to there original place.
