
To set up this drill you simply need 2 cones and 2 balls. How this drill works is one player is working at a time, the other player is simply rolling the ball to the players feet while they are doing 1 touch passes while going side to side. Do this for 2 minutes then switch.
1 touch passing has to be weighed properly so player can continuously rolling the ball fast movements side to side to be ready
