If a team defends their goal, they must counter attack, creating an outnumbered situation. Players are encouraged to get forward as quickly as possible. If the Hit zones are not available players need to create forward passing opportunities by cutting through the defence, only in this case does the offside rule apply. Once players get comfortable with the session - Players must sprint and swap with the Hit player if he/she made the pass.
