This drill is to focus on pressing the defence as an attacking unit. A player starts the drill from behind the goal by playing a ball back over the top of the defence to the midfield. Importantly, this player must now get themselves onside to join the attack. The midfield will be pressed by the defence. The attacking team must create a chance, ideally by looking for the attacker to make runs between the defenders or by taking a shot from outside the box. All shots from outside the box must be followed in by the attackers. If the defensive team recovers the ball the drill finishes.
