
The drill starts with player (A) running forward 3 metres ready to receive a pass from player (B). Player (B) passes the ball to player (A) and then runs around player (A) and forward 5 metres ready to receive a pass from player (C). Player (C) runns forward 10 metres ready to receive a pass from player (A). Player (A) passes to player (C) and then runs around player (C) and forward 5 metres ready to receive a pass from player (B). Player (C) passes to player (B) and then runs around player (B) and forward 5 metres ready to receive a pass from player (A). The drill carries on for what ever distance you select then the group stops and turns around and restarts the drill and heads back to the original starting position. All players after passing the ball must run across and around the opposite player ready to receive a pass.
