This is a drill where there will be two teams decided up on how many players are taking part. Team 1 will be first team up and team 2 will just be passing between them with no aim but to get warmed up, to start off, both teams will just be passing but team 2's objective is to go into team 1's box and get the ball but only one player from team 2 will go into team 1's box, everytime team 1 make 5 passes, then one of the players from the team 2 will come in and try to get the ball, and every 5 passes another player from team 2 will go into team 1's box, so eventuall;y it may be 5v5 for example in each box, when team 2 manage to get the ball out of the square, then it turns over and team 2 will do the exact same. TEAM 1 = GREEN TEAM 2 = BLUE
This can be used as a passing drill or even a warm up to get each team to be on there toes and thinking where they will be playing passes as well as trying to keep possession of the ball.
