Make groups of 6 players. Spread out players across the field with a right AM and left AM, then four across the back (WB, CB, CB, WB). Ball starts with the wing. The wing back on that side tells them to drop, then CB yells switch, and the switch begins. The WB that got the drop turns with the ball, then passes to CB, who turns and passes to the other CB, who turns and passes to the WB, who turns and sends up to the other AM. Try again in the reverse direction.
Players need to turn with the ball in the direction they are planning to send the ball. Their first touch should go in the new direction. Players receiving the ball should be moving away from the person passing as they take their first touch to maintain distance between the players.
