Form 4 teams of 4 players Create two adjacent areas that are 30 yards square. Teams play 7v4 in one end. Red attacks while blue defends and green is neutral with players assigned on the line or in the center of the area. Red tries to connect a set number of passes then play the ball into orange in the other area. When play switches, the green neutral player on the middle line goes into the adjacent area, and the neutral in the other area take their place on the middle line. Blue defenders travel to the other when play is switched. If defenders win the ball, they play it to the other area, then the opposing team becomes the defenders.
