Split the players into 2 teams and from there into groups of 3. To start with 3 players from the Red team set off and pass and move down the field. After they pass they follow it so that they take the position of the receiving player. Once you get close enough you pass the ball into the small goal. Then the first 3 from the blue team set off. Prog 1 - Red and Blue go at the same time with their own ball. Prog 2 - Who can move the ball the quickest down the field. Keep score. Prog 3 - Red v Blue with 1 ball. If the ball goes out of area new players from each team restart. If a goal is scored new players from each team restart the game with the scoring team starting with the ball.
