
Players are restricted to their designated zone, practice starts with the goalkeeper rolling out to a defender, team in possesion look to play through the zones to create a scoring oppoutunity. If the ball goes out of play then it restarts from the goalkeeper. Progression 1 Players are now limited to a maximum of 2 touches to encourage quick passing Progression 2 A midfielder can now break into the attacking zone to create a 3 v 3 scenario Progression 3 A defender can step into midfield to create an overload for the attacking team Progression 4 A midfielder can drop back into defence to create an overload in the defensive sense. Progression 5 Remove all restrictions on player movement but two touch passing continues.
