Coaches to help the players understand their roles and how the drill works. Make sure that the players are focused and are making their own decisions and adapting to what is going on around them. Ask the players individually at random what they have been tasked to do and if they understand the role. If the move fails can they adapt and find a solution to the problem. Coaches are to be vocal in the drill initially to get them carrying out the drill in a quick manner. When the players start to understand the drill, withdraw yourself and let them carry it out themselves only intervening when you identify a mistake.
