Start off with 1 X Attacker, 1 X Defender and 2 X wingers. Can introduce more attackers & defenders later on. Attacker starts of by passing ball to 'White player'. The defender starts in the Penalty Arc. 'White player' gives ball back to attacker who has 1 touch then has to pass it to any of the wingers. As soon as the attacker releasdes tht ball, he has to make an effort to get into the penalty area at the same time the ball reaches the winger. The winger must get the cross into the penalty area, for the attacker to attempt to socre. Defender can move out of penalty arc when attacker reaches him.
Wingers must make a variety of crosses. Height, accuracy & speed. Attacking run need to be done with good pace and timing.
