Pair the players up and number them 1 and 2. 1's start on the outside of the area with the ball. 2's start in front of their partner. They receive a pass, control it and pass it back. They then move to a different player but must go through the coned triangle in the middle. After a couple of minutes switch roles. Prog 1 - Serve the ball so that the receiving player has to side foot volley it back (both feet). Prog 2 - Serve the ball so that it needs to be controlled on the thigh (both sides) Prog 3 - Chest the ball then pass it back (twice so that both feet need to be used). Add in sprinting to the triangle area after passing the ball back before then slowing down before the next person.
Good service from the outside players. Think about part of the body being used to control the ball. After passing the ball back check shoulder so you run to a free player.
