
In this drill, players are working on speed, agility and ball work. Start: Player 1 passes to player 2- Player 1 then sprints around the first cone and plays a 1+2 with player 2- This is repeated 4 times (on the fourth time player 2 takes the ball and plays a 1+2 with player 3- Player 3 dribbles in-between the poles- Player 3 plays a 1+2 with player 4- Player 4 dribbles the ball quickly back to the starting position
