
Skills+Agility: Dribbling through Cones in various ways, passing ball back to front of cones and doing agility through ladders. Skill+Pass: Jumping through hurdles 3 times, run up and 1 touch pass on each side of cone, recieve a pass on half turn through, take cone on 1v1 and firm drive into cones. 1/2 Touch Skills: Run on each side of cone, recieve a pass and return in various 1/2 touch ways. CFTarget Drill: Agility through Ladder, 1 touch bounce pass, backwards back through ladders, bring down a ball coming in the air.
