Players will start at front of 18 yard box before running along the edge of the box and attacking the back post. Guppy must stay on back post area on edge of 6 yard box and win headers. Laura wins anything low in to 6 yard box and if ball goes over her head, she drops on to post. Three picking up get close to block runs and must be aware of option for short corner. - Closest players go, and guppy picks up a runner. If GK wins ball - quick distribution to either front player and Mel supports quickly from edge of the box, plus others whilst getting balance.
