
Dynamic warmup loosely based on the FIFA11+ progrm
Each different exercise involves the excercise and a recovery jog back to start. For each excercise (other than job and shuffle), switch legs with a 3 step between each leg. For example: Knee Grab- Lift and hold left knee- Plant left foot, step righ foot, step left foot, lift and hold rigth foot. Start from the inside of the cone and circle to the outside at the end cone. SET UP: Set up 4 cones (corners) in a 10x10m grid Exercises: 2x Jog 1x Open Gate 1x Close Gate 2x Side shuffle (switch facing direction for each) 1x kick 1x Knee Grab (hold for 1 second) 1x Jockey
