DESCRIPTION

All balls should be on cone A where the passing sequence starts with the center back (4)1 - ball is played to the goalkeeper who opens up his body and plays it into space for the other center back (3)Center back (3) then plays a diagonal ball to the central midfielder (6) who makes a run from cone C o meet the ball.Once the central midfielder (6) recieves the ball on the half turn, he attempts to score.Rotation is clockwise. A Players from cone A run to cone B. Players from cone B run to cone C and players from cone C run to cone ApProgression - Repeat the sequence anti - clockwise with balls begining on cone B.
