
Set out 2 lines of cones and split the players evenly behind each line. Put the cones roughly 8 yards apart. The player at the front of each line sets off and jogs to the end of the cones and jogs back. When the player in front get to the first cone the second player can set off. Prog 1 - Jog to the first cone, side step across to the other side then jog to the next cone and repeat. Prog 2 - High knees to the end of the cones and jog back. Prog 3 - Heel flicks to the end of the cones and then jog back. Prog 4 - Jog to the first cone cone, side step in and make a 2 footed take off jump and touch shoulders with the other player. Land and then side step to the other side and then jog up to the next cone and repeat. Prog 5 - Jog forwards 2 cones and then backwards for 1 cone and repeat. Prog 6 - Sprint forwards for 2 cones and then jog backwards for 1 cone.
