
Two Groups working at the same time for 1 minute at a time. Blue group pass in two touch and follow the pass, Red Group dynamic stretches then switch. Progression One group does dynamic stretches other group has to dribble across the field in a set amount of touches (vary the amount peridically). Start with 4 then maybe 6 then maybe 3.
