DESCRIPTION

1. Inside box use Jogging (Forward/Backward/Sideways),Knees-up, Bum Kicks, Hopping, Skipping, Jumping and heading avoiding each other. 2. Jogging around any 2 players come together and lightly barge each other, 2players lean in to each other walking around. 3. Can also add a ball or 2 passing around inside the area avoiding balls coming together.

1. Are we using the space available. 2. Are we looking up and keeping aware of what is around us.
