
30/30 - Pit Format - Five Fundamental Movements will be placed around the outside of the field. Half of the athletes are spread amongst the five stations and half of the athletes are in the middle of the field performing a ball skill for 30 seconds. Fundamental Movements are 1. Squat, 2. Lunge Around the Clock (12, 3, 6, 9 o`clock), 3. High Thighs, 4. Plank, 5. Snow Angel. Five Ball comfort skills are 1. Tic Tocs, 2. V rolls, 3. inside outside, 4. Inside Chop, 5. Outside Chop Turn.
