
Description: Players need to pair up or get into groups of 2-3. Players stand back to back. One player has a ball in their hands. The player with the ball in hand, must rotate their upper body to left to hand the ball to their partner/s, where the partner/s must rotate to their right to receive the ball. The ball should be continued to be passed along for about 2-3 minutes. Once they have have been going for a few minutes, tell them to switch directions for another 2-3 minutes.
