Description
Ladder Drill
Go through ladder to recieve a pass. Pick up pass dribble to where pass came from. They will try to block ball.
The girl who came through ladder goes to passing line and passer picks ball and passes to shooter ( leading passes). Shooter needs to cut to ball and one touch to shot.
