COACHING POINTS

Ensure no early starts. If any early starts 1 additional set will be added to current set. Starting on 20 m line Run forward to 30 m line and turn. Then run forward to Try/ Goal Line and turn and run back to 20 m line (starting point). Starting every 45 seconds from 20 m line. Players/ referees can choose whether to wait at 20 m for next run or time so they can keep running when each 45 seconds lapses
