Arrows Drill. This is a three play drill where three attakers run a set of three plays called Arrows. Similar to the Rucking Fundamentals Drill except there is a defender and the attackers must target the defender. The first player is the one holding the ball. The second player is going to be the dummy-half who is going to trail the player running with the ball. The thrid player is going to trail both players but much further behind the 2 other players as he/she is going to be the next reciever. The first player who is running with the ball, rucks right at the defender and plays the ball as soon as he/she is touch by the defender. The second player scoops the ball after the first player as he/she has rolled the ball. The second player now has the ball and runs a few meters before passing to the thrid player who is recieving the pass from the second player. Once the third player has caught the ball, he/she runs again at the denfender whilst the defender is getting back 10 meters (onside.) The first player who rolled the ball in the first ruck becomes the dummy-half and dummy-half become the next reciever. This process is completed for 3 rucks and then is completed again going the opposite dirrection.
