Speed Training Intervals. Rest periods must be observed for maximum efforts. 4-6 Reps for each drill Each drill to last 10-15 seconds Maximum speed efforts Variations Shorten/lengthen distance Increase Reps Decrease Rest (Becomes more speed endurance)

Estabilsh lines of 4-6 players Work out of groups. Next group in as group finishes Maintain similar speed for each effort Focus on good running technique and body position
