DESCRIPTION

yellow players carry a sand bag to each cone around the pitch. as the players hit the cone, they go to there stomaches and then carry on to the next cone. continue this for 5 mins and then swap with the players in the middle. the blue players will run towards the tackle bags and complete a tackle. then stand up as the red players alternate with the blue players.
