RIGHT FIELD DECOY ATTACK This is a TACKLE 4 option move designed to present its own try opportunity or set up for a FIFTH and FINAL open field attack Backline or kick chase move, But remember, all plays are designed to present its own try opportunity. The play... 8 X decoy run 9 right scoot n pass to A B C or D option 6 right diaganol run 11 X decoy run 3 X decoy run then supports 6 straightens Go for it or pick up players 15 on the outside or 3 on the inside
practice each stage of move till mastered before moving on once all stages complete and mastered then work on speed of the first stage and pace on the last stage and also how to set up for the FIFTH and FINAL attack. ie...which decoy runners are involved in the play by linking and which are not. there's an old saying " too many chefs spoil the soup " That same analogy applies here, too many players catching and passing slows the attack down. not all players can be used in the final attack move but all players can be kick chasers. RIGHT SIDE DECOY ATTACK should be called 2 plays earlier on TACKLE 2 to allow for set up time. Apply approx 7 min onwards when opposition fatique zone still in effect
