blue A passes to blue D and moves into the centre following the pass. he then recieves the ball back from blue D at the same time blue D also follows his pass and moves into the centre. after blue A recieves the ball back he passes to red D and joins the back of the line. red D then passes back to blue D and again follows his pass to the centre. blue D then passes to red A and joins the back of the queue. red D then recieves the ball in the centre from red a and passes back to blue A. this cycle repeats and with numerous balls .
