Set up green cone with blue cone approx 10m away. Yellow and orange are about 10-15m from green. One player in the huddle calls 1, another 2, then 3. Once all players numbered they shout go! 1 cuts open, just as they are about to catch 2 cuts close to the cone. Finally 3 cuts. After the first throw goes, the marker attempts to chase down the disc before it reaches 3. Rotate throwers, defenders and huddle.
Can be mirrored to work on backhand throws.
