
3 Attackers begin the game with the Disc in one end zone, attacking opposite end zone. 1 Defender is in each marked area (half pitch) plus 1 defender in the opposite end zone. Defenders must stay in their own zone/area. 3 Receivers all start in the opposite end zone to the attackers. Attackers aim to pass the disc into the Receievers to score a point. If disc touches floor then the Defenders become the Attackers and the Attackers become the Defenders. The Attackers must start in the opposite end zone to the Receivers.
