The Coach feeds 6 balls to each batsman, who have to drive the ball through the set of cones.
If the ball is driven through the 1st set of cones gets you 1 run. If it's driven through the 2nd set of cones you get 4 runs.
The batsmen then rotate around.
If the batsman leaves a feed he may have another feed.
With younger players a large tennis ball, Volley ball or small football should be used for this exercise.
