Weight on hands and feet wheeling leg kicks down from apparatus.
From upright position standing on low apparatus, stand well back from the end:
Lift arms high and step into lunge.
Reach to place hands in line along the apparatus whilst kicking trail leg then lead leg into a wheeling action.
Eyes watch 1st hand down then 1st foot down.
Push from 2nd hand down and extend that shoulder.
Land feet on the mat one at a time.
Aim for rhythmic hand, hand, foot, foot placement.
