From box shape:
Make equilateral triangle with hands and forehead, hands shoulder with apart, spread fingers wide to grip the floor, and pull elbows narrow.
Lift hips by straightening legs.
Walk toes forward (This will roll weight on to hairline. Do not roll to top of head.).
Pull legs into tuck shape balance.
Equal weight on each part of the triangle.
Keep elbows in (narrow).
Hands grip the floor.
Option to straighten legs into full headstand if the tuck balance is steady.
Reverse the action to exit the balance.
